So you might have noticed we've been busy redesigning the website. It went up this weekend, but we are still in the process of making changes so expect more to come.
On a side note, while we've been hard at work on some new features for the AdBoard, we're also hard at work on some new designs, so here is an exclusive look at our prototype for the upcoming 'AdBoard Lucent' displaying an advertisement -- ours!
It is a new varient on the Helios, with a new lighting effects to add a whole new layer aesthetic apeal to advertisements it displays. We have a few more designs in production, but they shall remain under wraps, for at least a little longer.

With the release of the new AdBoard 1.5, designed to handle different types of AdServers, we are pleased to announce we are making our standard AdServer's available absolutely free. The New AdServer Notecard, that delivers a notecard when AdBoards linked to it are touched is inculuded. Catalyst hopes that offering this valuable tool freely to advertisers will help make their advertising campaigns easier to run, and manage.
This makes way for our Premium range of AdServers which we will be releasing shortly. Packed with extra features to maximize your advertising campaigns, these premium AdServers will be available freely to all who have previously purchased an AdServer at retail price, either singularly, in bulk, or as part of our AdBoard Package.

Although we obviuosly haven't been updating the blog as regularly as we'd like, or should, things have been busy at Catalyst. We've released a new version of the AdBoard, 1.4.1, which is fully compatible with the 1.4.1 server. Although version 1.4 with the 'updatefix' will bring it up to 1.4.1 compatability, we encourage everyone to update to version 1.4.1.
We've also moved, and have a completely new office Located in Hayek. Our new office and store was designed by Sophie Zhu of Accident Designs. Click here to visit our new office in-world or have a look at some of our photo's below.
We're planning to release some new AdBoards soon, but our designs are strictly under wraps for now. Those who have purchased a package before the release of the new designs, will receive a a full update including the new designs, but our AdBoard Package will likely change with the release of the new AdBoards.

Today, with the release of version 1.1 of the AdBoard and AdServer, we have launched the AdBoard Directory. Advertisers will be able to use the directory to search for AdBoards to rent across te SL Grid and click on a SLURL to visit it. Publishers will be able to list their AdBoards for free, increasing the exposure of the board to potential advertisers. Just go to adboards.ctly.net to access the AdBoards Directory.
The new version of the AdBoard and AdServer fixes a minor processing order bug, and optimizes the boards update and landmark delivery features.

NANGRIM - Catalyst has announced that in Janury it will be launching a new series of ready-to-use advertising networks, each available to rent from our HQ in Nangrim.
NetworkOne will be the flagship SL-based billboard network, with boards located in some of the most frequented areas of SecondLife.
The exact number of locations to be featured on each network is still being decided, and will likely vary from network to network.
Currently we are still negotiating with land owners, and looking into further acquisitions. NetworkOne, and other sub-networks will be based upon the newly developed AdServer Technology that we have just released to the public. The only difference is that these servers will not be for sale, but for rent and already connected to exclusive advertising areas and locations.
Land owners interested in having a billboard placed on their land as part of one of our Networks should contact us via the 'Contact Us' link above. Rates will vary.
NetworkOne is set for launch in January 2007.

This hour we have launched the Full Revenue version of the AdBoard, and launched the AdServer.
The Full Revenue AdBoards and the AdServer are now both available from our office in Nangrim, or online from slexchange.com.
Next week we'll be launching the 20% commission version, that will sell at a discounted rate but pay 20% of rent paid to it in Commissions.
